Shipping Policy

Once an order is processed, packaged, and labled, it will be shipped via FedEx, USP, and USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) have been shipped via email. We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact your courier provided in the email that entails your tracking number. If your package is shown as delivered to the address you provided, we have fulfilled our commitment to you.

Return & Exchange Policy


We do NOT provide returns on custom orders and only provide exchanges  on orders.

  • Each custom/ personalized item is made to order, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once you have approved the mock-up.

  • Stock items can be exchanged with a restocking fee. We do not offer refunds.

  • Please order your correct size per the provided size charts.
